Overview
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct neurological examinations and diagnostic tests on patients
- Provide expert consultation and treatment for patients with neurological disorders
- Develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each patients needs
- Monitor and manage the progress of patients undergoing neurological treatment
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in neurology and incorporate best practices into patient care
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure holistic patient care
- Participate in research activities and clinical trials related to neurology
- Contribute to continuous medical education and training of healthcare staff
- Adhere to ethical and professional standards in patient care and interactions
- Provide guidance and support to patients and their families throughout the treatment process
- Document patient medical records accurately and maintain confidentiality
- Contribute to the development of neurology department policies and procedures
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes

Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or equivalent degree in Neurology
- Board certification in Neurology
- Valid medical license to practice as a Neurologist in Uttar Pradesh
- Proven experience in diagnosing and treating neurological disorders
- Expertise in using advanced diagnostic and imaging equipment for neurological assessments
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills in interpreting neurological test results
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Empathetic and compassionate approach towards patient care
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary healthcare environment
- Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development and education
