Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars for executive leaders.
- Schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings.
- Organize travel bookings in compliance with Travel Policy.
- Prepare meeting agendas and arrange logistics like transportation and catering.
- Host Townhall Meetings.
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or comparable field.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in an administrative support role internationally.
- Excellent spoken and written English skills; German is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Teams Word Excel PowerPoint).
- Strong communication skills.
