Role: .NET Developer/ Senior .NET Developer
- Location: Bangalore
- Work mode: Hybrid (23 Days Work from office)
- Working Hours: 5:00 PM IST to 2:00 AM IST (aligning with EST hours till 4:30 PM)

- .NET Developer: 57 years
- Senior .NET Developer: 710 years

About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled .NET Developer and a Senior .NET Developer to join our internal IT team at a leading educational institution. You will be responsible for developing and enhancing internal applications that support various functions such as administration academics and operations. You will collaborate with different departments to understand their needs and provide solutions to improve efficiency and user experience. The Senior .NET Developer will also lead projects mentor junior developers and provide technical direction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Application Development: Build and maintain internal web applications using .NET C# ASP.NET.
- Customization: Modify existing applications to meet the unique needs of different departments (admissions finance HR etc.).
- Database Management: Design and manage SQL Server databases ensuring performance and security.
- Integration: Ensure seamless integration of internal applications with thirdparty systems.
- Code Quality: Write clean maintainable code and follow best practices.
- Support: Troubleshoot and provide technical support for internal applications.
- User Training: Develop documentation and train endusers as needed.
- Security: Implement security measures to protect data.
For Senior Developers:
- Leadership: Guide the development team manage projects and mentor junior developers.
- Project Oversight: Lead technical projects and ensure they are delivered on time.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in the system and lead enhancement initiatives.
Requirements:
- .NET Developer: 57 years
- Senior .NET Developer: 710 years (with at least 3 years in a leadership role)
- Technical Skill: Proficiency in .NET C# ASP.NET MVC Web API.
- Database Skill: Strong experience with SQL Server including complex queries and performance tuning.
- ProblemSolving Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Communication: Ability to work effectively with both technical and nontechnical teams.
- Agile Familiarity with Agile development practices.
- Experience in educational institutions or similar environments.
- Microsoft certifications in .NET or SQL Server.
