Responsibilities:
Project Management:
- Lead and manage Salesforce projects from initiation to closure ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
- Develop project plans schedules and budgets and track progress against these metrics.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues ensuring project objectives are met.
- Ensure endtoend project operations and deliverables defined targets are met.
Client Engagement:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients managing relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Understand client needs and provide strategic advice on Salesforce solutions.
- Conduct regular status meetings and provide clear and concise project updates to clients and stakeholders.
- Prefer to have worked with global clients viz. US and Europe.
Technical Oversight:
- Oversee the technical aspects of Salesforce projects ensuring alignment with client requirements and best practices.
- Collaborate with technical teams to design develop and deploy Salesforce solutions.
- Ensure highquality delivery by conducting regular code reviews and performance evaluations.
- Ability to understand technical implementation of project periodically review the deliverables identify problem areas and focus on reducing technical debt.
Production Support and Development:
- Manage production support activities ensuring prompt resolution of issues and minimal disruption to business operations.
- Oversee development projects ensuring adherence to development standards processes and methodologies.
- Implement a continuous improvement process to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of production support and development activities.
Governance and Reporting:
- Establish and maintain project governance frameworks ensuring compliance with organizational policies and standards.
- Prepare and present regular project reports highlighting progress risks and issues.
- Implement robust reporting mechanisms to track project performance and ensure transparency.
- Track and report project progress through key performance indicators (KPIs).
People Management:
- Lead and mentor project teams fostering a collaborative and highperformance work environment.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Develop and implement training and development plans to enhance team capabilities.
- Monitor and improve team productivity ensuring team performance meets or exceeds expectations.
- Encourage continuous learning and knowledge sharing within the team.
- Have prior experience in managing a team of 1020 people.
ValueAdded Services:
- Continuously seek opportunities to deliver valueadded services to clients.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance service delivery.
- Promote innovation and the adoption of best practices within the team.
- Proactively Monitor Salesforce CPQ and SAP system performance and troubleshoot issues as needed.
Qualifications:
- Should have managed support and development projects.
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
- 1214 years of experience in project management with a focus on Salesforce applications.
- Proven experience as a Salesforce consultant or project manager managing endtoend
- Salesforce projects. Ideally having a Salesforce certification.
- Strong clientfacing experience with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools (e.g. Agile Scrum Waterfall).
- Solid understanding of Salesforce platform and its capabilities.
- Strong governance and reporting skills.
- Excellent people management and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple initiatives.
