• Conduct screening calls/interviews with multiple applicants per day
  
• Organize systems for accurate flow throughout recruiting process
  

Responsibilities as Recruiter:

• Conduct interviews with potential internal hires
  

• Oversee fullcycle recruitment process (including sourcing screening assessing
  

and assisting with the additional offer and negotiation process).

• Perform customer service related activities
  

• Develop effective recruitment strategies based on our companys needs
  

• Develop a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified hires based on our companys needs
  

Requirements

Bachelor s Degree (Required)

2 years of recruiting experience.

Experience in interviewing potential hires

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
