- Conduct screening calls/interviews with multiple applicants per day
- Organize systems for accurate flow throughout recruiting process
Responsibilities as Recruiter:
- Conduct interviews with potential internal hires
- Oversee fullcycle recruitment process (including sourcing screening assessing
and assisting with the additional offer and negotiation process).
- Perform customer service related activities
- Develop effective recruitment strategies based on our companys needs
- Develop a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified hires based on our companys needs
Requirements
Bachelor s Degree (Required)
2 years of recruiting experience.
Experience in interviewing potential hires
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
