Luxury Fashion Assistant Manager Kildare
We here at Teamworx are seeking a Luxury Assistant Manager for a prestigious international retail brand located in Kildare.
As the Assistant Store Manager you will lead a dynamic team dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service to all customers. The ideal candidate will have a deep passion for fashion strong understanding of luxury retail and excellent leadership and people management skills.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Luxury Retail Manager to join a highperforming team and contribute to the continued success of a worldrenowned brand.

The ideal candidate for this Assistant Manager Job:
- Previous Assistant Manager experience in a premium or luxury brand is preferred.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced highend retail environment.
- Flexibility to work in a dynamic retail schedule including weekends and holidays.
Responsibilities for this Assistant Manager Job:
- Assist the Store Manager in the efficient overall running and operation of the store
- Foster a collaborative environment by building strong relationships with the team through daily briefings and coaching.
- Assist in recruiting and developing top retail talent supporting leadership growth and employee integration.
- Support the Store Manager with HR processes including payroll and employee relations.
- Analyze KPIs regularly and take action to achieve sales targets maintaining clear communication with Head Office.
- Ensure the store meets visual merchandising and sales standards driving additional sales through storytelling and product presentation.
- Assist in managing topselling products optimizing stock and merchandising to maximize sales opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety loss prevention and cash handling procedures striving for audit success.
