Responsibilities:
- Strong understanding of ICT products and services: HRMS solutions Microsoft SAP Oracle
Application development.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue goals.
- Identify and target potential clients including building and maintaining a network of contacts
within the industry.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective campaigns to generate leads and
increase brand awareness.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adjust sales strategies as required.
- Build and maintain relationships with key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and
retention.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients.
- Provide ongoing support to clients and addressing any issues that arise.
- Analyze sales data to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Able to present technical solutions to clients.
- Creation of client proposals and spreadsheets.
- Initiate aftersales technical support based on client requirements and feedback.
- Track sales targets and document sales performance metrics.
- Assess potential clients IT needs and recommending products.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 10 years of Sales Experience
- Advanced proficiency in IT industry terminology and jargon.
- Exceptional ability in negotiating and closing sales deals contracts and service agreements.
- Indepth knowledge of consumer behavior as well as industry trends and innovation.
- Excellent communication skills (Arabic and English)
- Good knowledge of the ICT market
- Goal oriented and committed to achieve.
