Job Description
Runs the furniture showroom. Manages sales team, showroom look and cleanliness. Ensures great customer service.
- Minimum 5 years experience as showroom/store manager
- Must already be in Bahrain
Responsibilities:
- Sales: Sell furniture, lead sales team, hit sales goals.
- Store: Keep showroom looking good, manage stock, get products delivered.
- People: Hire, train, and manage sales staff.
- Customers: Make customers happy, fix problems.
- Marketing: Promote showroom and products.
