Job Description
Sai Yok Springs is an innovative startup in the sustainable beverages sector located in the heart of Bangkok. Were a dynamic young team committed to making an impact in sustainability and were looking for a talented law student to join us parttime.
Tasks
- Assist with drafting and reviewing contracts
- Support in structuring the companys holding
- Provide guidance on immigration law for foreign employees
- Advise on various legal topics related to business operations
Requirements
- Current law student (3rd year or above preferred)
- Strong interest in business law contract law and immigration law
- Detailoriented with excellent analytical skills
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines
