Job Description

Our direct client is looking for a SAP HCM Benefits/Payroll Administration Consultant in Harrisburg PA (remote) (C2C/1099).

Job Title: SAP HCM Administration Consultant

Location: Harrisburg PA

Type: Contract

Skill Required/Desired Amount of Experience SAP HCM in SAP ECC 6.0 Functional experience as a Functional / Product Specialist on projects of various size and subject matter Required 5 Years Experience designing and debugging SAP related interfaces Required 5 Years Expertise in delivering services via SAP HCM for projects of various sizes and subject matters Required 8 Years Experience with designing business processes for HCM implementation Required 5 Years At least one handson SAP HCM implementation project as a functional or technical lead. Required 0 Experience working in a Business Analyst capacity Required 3 Years Experience working with and giving presentations to senior leadership and stakeholders Required 0 At least two prior support and enhancements project as a functional or technical lead Required 0 Experience coding and configuration SAP HCM Required 0 ITIL / ITSM practices and methodologies Required 0 ServiceNow Experience in ITSM Idea Project and Demand module Required 0 Proficient in the Microsoft Office 365 suite including Teams Word Excel and PowerPoint plus proficient in Microsoft ADO Testing Module Required 0 Bachelors degree in business management or information systems Required 0
