Job Description
Job Title: Lead Product Manager
Location: Orlando FL Onsite Monday & Thursday
Rate: $60$75/hourly

What Youll Do As a Lead Product Manager:
- Partner with internal stakeholders to produce an ongoing consolidated domain roadmap of inflight and future initiatives.
- Shape the product vision strategy and roadmap for the domain.
- Define and monitor key performance metrics to track organizational performance within context of the domain while identifying areas for optimization that drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and crossfunctional collaborators including product engineering design commercial and customer support.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends competitive landscape and customer needs.
- Contribute to product roadmaps for the Digital Guest & Cast Experience supporting the assigned domain
- Align the product roadmap with relevant business partners and anticipate impact on Cast Efficiency and Guest Satisfaction along with other desirable product outcomes
- Assist the team in translating the domain vision into presentations that will be shared with Executive audiences and partners across the organization
- Provide input into solution design for new product features to ensure product objectives are met and performance is measured and realized
Qualifications:
You could be a great fit if you have:
- 5 years of experience developing and delivering strategic product initiatives
- Demonstrated ability to champion projects from beginning through implementation
- Ability to build relationships and collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders from different backgrounds and functions
- Ability to analyze complex data sets to determine trends and identify future business opportunities
- Strong problemsolving skills including a demonstrated ability to identify understand and drive resolution of complex critical issues
- Experience with Agile software development methodology
- Experience with project management tools such as JIRA
- Experience with data reporting tools such as Business Objects and Tableau
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills including the ability to create presentable content and communicate through it effectively for all levels of the organization including front line Cast Members and senior executives
- Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
