Pay: $85.00/hourly
Contract: 13 weeks with possible extensions
Setting: Small 16bed community hospital
Schedule: MF 8ampm or 7am4pm (flexible)
Pay schedule: Weekly
Start date: ASAP (flexible)
Chief Nursing Officer:
- Maintains and improves the level of patient care and the standards of care in all units.
- Ensures compliance with established standards practices and regulatory requirements of all nursing personnel.
- Supports facility goals objectives and culture.
- Hold staff meetings to communicate with nursing staff and provide for educational opportunities.
- Appropriately organizes and delegates to achieve results efficiently.
- Leads by example in attitude appearance attendance documentation accountability and overall performance to meet the facility s vision.
Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing bachelor s or master s degree preferred
- Current Kansas or Compact State RN license
- Acute Care experience in a hospital setting
- Experienced in Nursing Administration or highlevel nursing supervision CNO experience preferred
- Rural Health/Critical Access Hospital experience
- Current BLS certification
