Job Description
Hours: Average 4pm12am
Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise cleaning crews across multiple sites in Indianapolis and surrounding towns with occasional responsibilities outside of this area.
- Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed to the highest standards and in a timely manner.
- Maintain communication with management and report any issues or needs for supplies.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols.
- Conduct quality checks and ensure compliance with client requirements.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of cleaning experience with leadership responsibilities.
- Ability to travel to different job sites within and occasionally outside of Indianapolis.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Reliable transportation is required.
