This is a remote position.

Design and Client Engagement:

Website Design and UX: Create unique engaging and conversionfocused website designs

using highlevel Website Design and User Experience (UX) principles. Ensure designs meet

client requirements with a high accuracy rate and comply with bestpractice accessibility

standards.

Client Collaboration: Collaborate closely with content creators strategists and clients to

implement design elements conduct design reviews and gather feedback. Aim to achieve

high client satisfaction by delivering highquality designs and maintaining excellent

communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Design Workflow and Optimization:

Efficient Design Processes: Complete design tasks efficiently minimising the amount of re

work required. Utilise tools such as Elementor to build client websites landing pages and

funnels ensuring a seamless and highquality visual and user experience.

Template Library Enhancement: Collate existing templates into an internal library and

continuously expand and update the library. This will improve efficiency and consistency across

design projects leading to a more streamlined workflow and faster project turnaround times.

Professional Development and Industry Standards:

Continuous Learning: Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current

with industry trends best practices and new design tools. This proactive approach ensures that

the designer brings innovative and effective solutions to client projects.

Accessibility and Detail Orientation: Maintain high standards for attention to detail ensuring

that design content is accurate without typos or needing correction. Ensure that all healthcare

designs comply with accessibility standards enhancing the user experience for all patients and

improving client satisfaction.

Elementor Proficiency: Strong skills in Elementor (a specific WordPress builder) for creating

and building client websites.

Attention to Detail: Exceptional precision in design content ensuring 99% accuracy without

typos or needing corrections.

Accessibility Knowledge: Proficiency in bestpractice accessibility standards ensuring all

healthcare designs are optimised for diverse user needs.

Collaboration Skills: Excellent communication and teamwork skills for working with content
