Our client is a fastgrowing multiawardwinning and dynamic B2B sales and marketing consultancy and are currently looking to fill a Telesales Executive role. This is a great and exciting opportunity for ambitious sales people to join a dynamic company.
They are building a niche in delivering focused and tailored B2B campaigns for clients across the UK and internationally using Telemarketing and Digital Marketing services. It is for this reason that the right candidate must have a passion for selling and getting results for our clients.
The company works with a variety of companies including multinationals SMEs and startups in the UK Europe Australia and the USA. Therefore the work will be exciting and varied. You will juggle multiple campaigns at the same time and there are significant earning and progression opportunities as the business grows.
You must enjoy the challenge of finding & generating new sales opportunities and enjoy the buzz when these are created.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound sales calls / telemarketing to other businesses (no consumer calls)
- Generating leads and appointments
- Focusing on quality over quantity to maximise overall results
- As a Telesales Executive you will have a strong sales background and thrive in a fast paced target driven environment. If you are a confident person who enjoys a prospecting role then this is perfect for you.
- You will have fantastic communication skills and have previous experience with B2B sales.
- You will have the ability to identify and target companies and key personnel as well as the competency to influence prospective customers.

- The team is currently made up of around 15 sales people who work in house and remotely

Requirements
- 5 years telemarketing experience minimum
- Outbound B2B telemarketing / telesales / call experience essential
- Able to work on own initiative / works well as part of a team

Hours:
Office hours are 8.45am 5pm Monday Thursday. 8.45am 4pm on a Friday with an early finish of 1pm if target is achieved.

Salary:
- The salary is starting from £2830k with uncapped comms circa £10k. The Commission is paid per appointment set.
- Will have to hit a minimum amount of around 1215 appointments this will be confirmed at interview stage.
- The bonus is paid monthly.
- There is also a short probation period of 12 weeks with a checkin at 4 weeks to make sure the candidate is on track.
