• Set clear team goals and KPIs for their modelers to achieve SMART goals
  
• Delegate tasks and set deadlines using the KPI master index assigned by their Sr. Team Leader.
  
• Oversee daytoday teams operation and performance while monitoring progress via Tableau
  
• Do regular performance evaluation and coaching of team members
  
• Create a healthy and motivating work environment and atmosphere for their team to thrive in excellence.
  
• Develop a welldesigned and motivating evaluation program and provide equal opportunity for growth and mentorship.
  
• Communicate with teams about their performance through team meetings one on one and huddles.
  
• Monitor team performance and report on metrics using all available resources such as STL reports SM reports and Tableau
  
• Discover training needs and provide feedback to trainers and management for further assistance.
  
• Listen to team members feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts locally prior to escalation
  
• Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture
  
• Recognize high performance and reward accomplishments as seen fit
  
• Any pertinent tasks provided by his/her manager as seen fit for the rolse.
  

Requirements

Experience and Skills for a Perfect Fit

• At least 1 year experience in a Team Lead position or at least a year of service with HP
  
• Graduate of Architecture Design Engineering or any course relevant to the position.
  
• Has great command of the English Language both oran and written
  
• Above average skill in GSuite HRIS and MS Applications
  
• Tech Savvy and can use the computer with minimal or no supervision at all
  
• Has a robust understanding of a specific or more processes in the lifecycle of modeling
  
• Able to read and understand reports via Google Sheets Excel or Tableau
