Job Description
Experience and Expertise:
- At least 3 years of experience working with Odoo particularly in customizing developing and integrating modules.
- Indepth understanding of Odoo ERP v12 and above including both frontend and backend development.
- Strong proficiency in Python XML JavaScript and PostgreSQL.
- Experience with Odoo API integration custom module development and thirdparty integrations.
- Familiarity with logistics inventory supply chain or warehouse management modules in Odoo is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop customize and maintain Odoo modules and features tailored to our business requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the Odoo platform ensuring smooth operation and integration across different departments.
- Collaborate with our IT team to optimize existing workflows and create new solutions to enhance productivity.
- Stay updated with Odoos latest versions and recommend upgrades or new features where appropriate.
- Provide technical support to endusers when necessary.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Proven experience working with Odoo ERP in a professional setting.
- Strong problemsolving skills and an ability to work independently or as part of a remote team.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal to ensure smooth collaboration with our team.
- Experience working in logistics or related industries would be a bonus.
Work Arrangement:
- The position is fulltime and the developer will be required to work remotely with availability during our core business hours for regular meetings and project updates.
- The candidate will be embedded into our IT firms office (WilldooIT) but employed by and work exclusively for us (Empire Couriers). This will provide the candidate with extensive resources and an environment where they can develop their skills and progress their career.

We are looking to fill this position as soon as possible and would appreciate it if you could also outline your terms and conditions for providing a fulltime developer.
Additional Job Details:
- Setup and Location: WFH/Remote
- Work Schedule: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (AEDT) 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM (PH Time)
- Employment Type: Fulltime
