Job Description
As a Financial Compliance Analyst you will ensure that our organization adheres to all financial regulations and compliance standards. You will be responsible for monitoring financial transactions conducting audits and implementing policies to minimize risk. This role is critical to ensuring that we operate within the law while maintaining financial integrity.
Responsibilities:- Conduct regular audits of financial systems and transactions.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations laws and internal policies.
- Monitor changes in financial laws and update compliance policies accordingly.
- Collaborate with departments to implement risk management strategies.
- Analyze and report financial data to senior management.
- Investigate discrepancies and report potential compliance issues.
- Prepare detailed reports and documentation for audits and regulatory reviews.
- Support internal and external audits as required.
- Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or related field.
- 35 years of experience in financial compliance or auditing.
- Strong understanding of financial regulations and risk management.
- Proficiency in accounting software and compliance tools.
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Professional certifications such as CPA CFE or CIA are a plus.
- Competitive salary: $65000 $85000 per year depending on experience.
