Tasks
By being a fully integrated member of our core Product team you will be coowning the UX (research synthesis concept to UI) side with the PM throughout the whole product development process.
- Work alongside the PM to ideate on topics align on goals and be sure that ideas are in balance with business goals and user problems
- Perform user testing of prototypes and conduct customer/expert interviews to get feedback on the service explore problems from the target group
- Create UX concepts: information architecture screen flows wireframes and prototypes based on wireframes
- Create user interfaces for the digital products. Transfer UX concepts into visual design and align/handover with the development team
- Iteratively develop the visual language and quality of the design of the product
- Facilitate workshops to support business and product leadership (cocreation retro feedback sessions ideation)
Requirements
- 4 years of working in a startup or agency
- Previously worked in the full cycle of digital product creation from product discovery to product shipping.
- Commercial experience in UX concept: workshops with stakeholders creating synthesis information architecture screen flows to UI Design (create visual design for interfaces)
- Ability to perform and evaluate qualitative user research activities (user testing interviews)
- Seasoned expert with tools like MIRO Figma and Adobe products (e.g. XD Illustrator)
- Experience in digital B2B or B2C products
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (German is a plus)
- Located in Berlin or are willing to move to Berlin (from the EU)
- Resilient and passionate understanding that change is constant and having the ability to adapt with a positive attitude
