We are looking for a Sales Lead to join us fulltime asap.
- As the Sales Lead you will be instrumental in scaling our customer base and fueling the Xavers growth.
- Your role involves a strategic blend of business development and enterprise sales focusing on forging strong relationships with banks insurers and brokers.
- You will be instrumental in driving our B2B solutions with our partners leveraging your expertise and network to establish partnerships with financial institutions across Germany and the EU.
- Your role includes identifying and developing new business opportunities and optimizing marketing efforts to expedite our growth.
Tasks
Business Development & Growth:
- Identify and seize new business opportunities within the financial industry to expand our customer base and increase market penetration.
- Utilize your experience in enterprise sales and your existing network to establish new relationships with key stakeholders in banks insurance companies and brokerage firms to promote our products and services.
Enterprise Sales Strategy:
- Develop with the team a comprehensive sales strategy aimed at large financial institutions ensuring alignment with the companys mission and vision.
- Navigate complex sales cycles and negotiate contracts to close deals with enterpriselevel clients focusing on longterm partnerships.
Marketing & Sales Integration:
- Collaborate closely with the other teams to align sales strategies with marketing campaigns optimizing outreach and engagement with potential B2B clients.
- Utilize datadriven insights to refine sales approaches and marketing efforts enhancing the overall effectiveness of our gotomarket strategy.
Product Advocacy:
- Act as a champion for Xavers products and services ensuring our value proposition is compellingly communicated to potential partners.
- Provide feedback from the market to product development teams to help tailor our offerings to meet the evolving needs of our clients and their endcustomers.
Team Development:
- Encourage a collaborative environment that aligns with Xavers mission and values promoting crossfunctional teamwork to achieve business objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration Finance Marketing or a related field.
- Minimum of 47 years of experience in enterprise sales business development or a similar role ideally within the financial services sector (bank insurer asset manager technology provider for financial services industry B2B fintech company).
- Demonstrated success in enterprise sales and managing complex sales cycles.
- Excellent leadership skills with experience in working with skilled crossfunctional teams combined with outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A proactive and strategic mindset with a passion for innovation and agility in a fastpaced startup environment.
- A network within financial institutions in Germany with a track record of leveraging relationships to drive business growth is a plus.
- Fluency in English and German is essential with additional European languages being a plus.
