Product Owner : Cards and Payments.
Key Skills : Agile Methodology Scrum Ceremonies Contribution Draft user stories Define Acceptance Criteria.
Good to have skills : SAFe(Certification) – POPM(Product Owner & Product Manager).
Location : Bangalore/Gurgaon.
Level : Con/Scon.
Exp in Years : 6 – 13 yrs
Notice Period : Immediate 45 Days.

Description:
This role will take endto end leadership and product ownership in partnership with Technology Commercial and other key
stakeholders.
This Product Analyst will be responsible for defining features and user stories articulating use cases and defining the e2e customer
experience and will work closely with other Product Owners Scrum Masters Product Managers UX Designers Business Rules
developers among other colleagues.
Key Responsibilities
Work with Product Managers and other Product Owners to define new product features scope and functionality.
Translate the customer experiences into Features and User Stories following SAFe/Agile methodology.
Work with central and local market crossfunctional teams to ensure capabilities meet market needs and adhere to local
regulatory compliance and risk requirements
Work with technology team and understand API interactions SOAP UI Postman etc. to drive development and provide
functional clarifications as necessary
Develop global capabilities and features that can be deployed locally
Obtain feedback on the product to iterate and drive improvements in future releases
Work with Product Owners to prioritize user stories for the scrum team.
Maintain pulse on external developments and internal product development to assess implications for products.
Minimum Qualifications
Truly customer centric: empathy experience of Design Thinking and Systems Thinking concepts and tools a bonus
Enthusiasm and passion for great products and services and the ability to articulate product functionality.
Understands the basic technical aspects of the requirements (E.g. API interactions understanding of tools like SOAP
UI/Postman)
Curiosity and hunger to know how things work and ability to use that knowledge to find enhancement opportunities
Detailed oriented able to identify key questions make product decisions and determine how pieces of the puzzle interact
and impact the overall project
Recognize issues quickly and determine how to go about getting resolution
Highly organized taking individual initiative and accountability for getting results
Excellent communication skills with ability to engage influence and inspire partners to drive collaboration and alignment
Bachelor’s degree or similar working experience will be preferred.
Knowledge of product/tech development frameworks used: Agile Agile SAFe Scrum Kanban DevOps OKR LPM etc.
Good have SQL and API knowledge
