Location: New York NY 10020 OR Los Angeles CA
Type: 3 months contract on W2
Qualifications:
- 35 Years Strong telephone etiquette communications and organizational skills.
- Team player with exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Bachelors Degree preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Provide daily communication basic clerical duties and general administrative support.
- Insure that pertinent operational information is conveyed within the department and to other departments as necessary.
- Provide timely operational information to managers and employees.
- Assist the publicity team with booking talent and filmmaker travel.
- Assist the publicity team with booking event cars and airport transfers for talent/filmmakers/executives/staff
- Compile car and driver information and distribute to talent/filmmakers/executives teams and staff
- Assist the publicity team with booking airport greeters and coordinating their information with car companies
- Assist the publicity team with booking hotels for talent/filmmakers
- As needed compile covid testing results and submit them to talk shows awards shows etc
- Assist the publicity team with building and updating talent and filmmaker schedule
- Update documents as needed
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Assist with car coordination at events as needed
