As a Corporate Secretary you will manage the company s corporate records ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements and handle corporate governance matters. You will prepare and maintain documentation for board meetings shareholder communications and regulatory filings.
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements

- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
