Pinwheel Welder
Pay:$28/HR. (Based on Experience)
Hours:6AM4:30PM
Job type:Temp to Hire
Location:Sapulpa Oklahoma
Weld Test Requirements:
- 2G MIG and Flux core Test Radiographed and bend test.
- 1G Sub arc Test Radiographed.
- 2G Stick Test Radiographed.
- 3G Vertical UpHill TIG Test Radiographed.
(CODE REQUIREMENT: plate double bevel or bevel to square)
Were hiring an experienced Pinwheel Welder in Sapulpa to join our team earning $28 per hour based on experience with work hours from 6AM4:30PM.
What youll be doing:
- Perform MIG TIG and Stick welding on pinwheel assemblies and components.
- Set up and operate welding machines and tools for fabricating pinwheel parts.
- Read and interpret blueprints schematics and welding symbols to follow exact design specifications.
- Ensure precision and quality in all welds meeting the required codes and standards for production.
MustHave Qualifications:
- Proven experience in MIG TIG Stick and Subarc welding.
- Ability to pass the required weld tests including 2G 1G 2G Stick and 3G vertical uphill with radiography and bending as needed.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints schematics and welding symbols.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain highquality welds.
- Experience working with plate double bevel or bevel to square welding setups.
