On behalf of our Client we are seeking a Specialized cities Operations Manager to join our client team in Riyadh
Job Summary
The Specialized Cities Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the operations of specialized places including approving plans issuing licenses and permits and developing and updating related policies. The role provides technical support for master planning infrastructure and public facilities by reviewing development requests and ensuring the suitability of sites for specialized places. It also involves evaluating land use roads plot sizes and service areas within the master plan.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Managing the operations of specialized places approving their plans licensing and permits as well as developing and updating related policies
- Providing technical support for the general plan infrastructure and public facilities by studying development requests and the suitability of the site for establishing a place.
- Specialized industrial studies in addition to studying the uses of land roads plot areas and service areas for the general plan.
- Ensure that all technical requirements and specifications are met in accordance with what is approved by the organization
- Selecting a qualified consulting office to supervise development and follow up on development work.
- Issuing and renewing operating licenses for specialized industrial places and issuing technical approvals during development
- Issuing and renewing development licenses for specialized industrial places.
- Receiving infrastructure and facilities projects in specific industrial places.
- Invoicing and collecting operating fees.
- Supervising the operation of the operations of specialized industrial places and ensuring that the level of services conforms to the specified specifications and standards.
- Technical supervision and evaluation of the performance of industrial control of all industrial facilities.
- Cooperating with relevant authorities and bodies to address any regulatory deficiency or violation.
- Dealing with incoming reports and closing them.
Requirements
Engineering Degree or its equivalent from an accredited body
At least 8 years of experience
Law degree or its equivalent from an approved body At least 12 years of experience
