Overview
The Call Center Representative is responsible for: contacting following up with and retrieving medical records from but not limited to individual physicians medical groups and hospitals.

Willing to work in night shift and should be flexible to changes.
Should posses excellent communication skills and knowledge of phone handling etiquettes.
An Individual who is accountable for his/her actions and learn from mistakes and be open to learning.
This is a fulltime work from office role in Hyderabad.
Should be willing to travel to work on their own.
Requirements
Handle a high volume of continuous telephone calls and gather needed information. Perform multiple tasks simultaneously.
Make written entries of call notes efficiently and according to quality guidelines. Method of call transmission may be outbound or inbound.
Should clear internal training certification for taking calls post training failing which employee would be separated.
To meet all designed performance metrics on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.
Work closely with the entire team to pass on regular updates and ideas which makes work simpler.
Maintain a high level of customer service skills. Always present a friendly and professional demeanor.
Maintain high attendance standards.
Protect the security of medical records to ensure that confidentiality is maintained in observance of the HIPAA Compliance policy.
Accurately and promptly communicate to Operations Team Lead any issues that may impact achieving assigned production goals.
Display excellent verbal and written English language skills particularly strong business writing skills.
Qualifications
Graduation (BA BBA BCOM. BSc BPharm). Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
Knowledge of MS office tools will be an added advantage.
