Job Description
Functional Overview:
IT OSS PartTime Employment is responsible for providing technical and nontechnical assistance to all endusers and IT infrastructure support.
The main responsibilities of a Intern include:

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist staff performing system back up and maintenance functions
- Assist network and hardware troubleshooting
- Assist in updating user and technical documentation
- Run calls to troubleshoot desktop and PC problems
- Provide help desk support to staff requiring technical assistance
- Assist with building and deploying desktop computers and laptops images for deployment.
- Other responsibilities as directed by supervisor.
