Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service via phone email and chat.

Assist customers with inquiries issues and product information.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

Proficiency in Croatian and Slovak or Croatian/Serbian languages.

Excellent communication skills.

Previous customer service experience is a plus.

Strong problemsolving abilities and a customeroriented mindset.

Benefits:

Accommodation: 6 months support (3 months in our accommodations 3 months of rent allowance of 500 Euro Gross/month).

Meal Tickets: 30 RON per working day.

Medical Subscription: Starting from the 2nd month of employment.
