Internal Consultant

As a Remote Internal Consultant your role is vital in offering expert advice and guidance to internal stakeholders within our organization. You will be tasked with thoroughly evaluating the companys existing processes pinpointing areas that could benefit from enhancements and working closely with different departments to successfully implement efficient solutions. We are currently accepting applications for this remote position but please note that we can only consider candidates who are based in the United States.

Responsibilities include:

Conducting a thorough analysis of current processes systems and practices to identify areas that can be improved.

Create and execute strategic plans solutions and recommendations to effectively tackle identified challenges.

Work closely with department heads and key stakeholders to gain a thorough understanding of their requirements and offer customized consulting services.

Assess the efficiency of implemented solutions and make necessary modifications to ensure favorable results.

Stay informed about industry trends best practices and emerging technologies to consistently improve the organizations operations.

Offer comprehensive training and ongoing support to internal teams ensuring a smooth and successful implementation of new processes and practices.

Present comprehensive reports findings and recommendations to senior management in order to facilitate wellinformed decisionmaking.

Have extensive knowledge and expertise in process improvement change management and organizational development.

Requirements:

Must have a Bachelors degree in Business Administration Management or a related field. Having a Masters degree or relevant certifications such as Lean Six Sigma would be advantageous.

Previous experience in a consulting business analysis or similar position is highly desirable particularly in a corporate setting.

Thorough analytical skills that enable the gathering and interpretation of data to inform decisionmaking.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Experience using project management tools data analysis software and Microsoft Office Suite.

I am highly selfmotivated and excel at working independently in a remote setting. However I also value teamwork and enjoy collaborating with colleagues.

Proven history of effectively implementing process enhancements and attaining tangible outcomes.
