Job position: Technical Business Analyst for Financial Sector

Location: Hybrid work from Madrid (3 times per week at the clients office)

Role Description Skills:

• This profile is to bridge the gap between the Business and the Technical teams applied to the context of Data basically someone who knows how to communicate capture and understand business requirements and has the ability to transform these business requirements into technical specifications/user stories to deliver to the delivery teams.
• It requires multidisciplinary knowledge/skills in this sense. Owns all the user stories that it captures into the backlog and follows the entire life cycle (although does not participate in the implementation will support the developers and be the bridge of communication with the business).

Technical skills (you dont need to be an expert developer but you have to have a keen sense of the following):

• Excel (many of the analytics requirements have input in Excel sheets)
• SQL / Data Modelling / Data Warehouse modelling
• Power BI
  
• Knowledge of ETL / Data Pipelines / Data Interfaces
  
• Know how to read the technical specifications of APIs for example (REST/SOAP)

Nontechnical skills:

• Communication (in English mainly)
• Requirements capture and understanding
  
• Documentation (Technical Specifications Requirements Specification)
