Our clients company is a leading provider of personal commercial and life insurance services. They are known for their exceptional customer service and commitment to meeting the diverse needs of their clients. Currently they are seeking a Personal Account Representative to join their team.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide prompt accurate and friendly customer service including responding to inquiries about insurance availability eligibility coverages policy changes transfers claim submissions and billing clarification.
- Utilize a customerfocused needsbased review process to educate customers about insurance options.
- Develop leads schedule appointments identify customer needs and market appropriate products and services.
Qualifications
- 13 years of experience in the insurance industry.
- Preferred P&C license but the company is willing to pay for the license for the right candidate.
- Professional motivated and salesoriented individual.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate information clearly.
- Detailoriented and customer serviceoriented.
