Job Description
Position: Configuration Engineer Developer
Location: Remote
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Develop and configure PPM tools specifically Accolade or similar platforms
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Design implements and maintain configuration solutions to meet business needs
- Perform system testing and validation procedures
- Troubleshoot and resolve configuration issues
- Provide technical support and training to end users
- Document configuration processes and procedures
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in computer science information technology or a related field
- Proven experience with Accolade or other configurationbased PPM tools
- Strong understanding of software development and configuration management
- Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
