Job Description

Job Overview:

As a Due Diligence Analyst you will play a crucial role in assessing the risk and viability of potential business ventures partnerships or investments. You will conduct comprehensive investigations and analysis to ensure that all relevant factors are considered providing actionable insights and recommendations to support strategic decisionmaking.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Due Diligence: Perform thorough investigations on potential investments partners or acquisitions including financial operational and compliance aspects.
  • Analyze Data: Evaluate financial statements business models market conditions and legal documents to identify risks opportunities and overall viability.
  • Prepare Reports: Develop detailed due diligence reports and presentations summarizing findings risk assessments and recommendations for management or stakeholders.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with internal teams including finance legal and operations to gather information and validate findings.
  • Monitor Industry Trends: Stay informed about industry trends regulatory changes and market dynamics to ensure comprehensive analysis.
  • Ensure Compliance: Verify that all due diligence processes comply with relevant laws regulations and company policies.
  • Support DecisionMaking: Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on due diligence findings to support strategic business decisions.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Business Administration or a related field. Masters degree or relevant certifications (e.g. CFA CPA) preferred.
  • Experience: Experience in due diligence financial analysis or related fields.
  • Skills:
    • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
    • Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Familiarity with due diligence processes and best practices.
    • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel PowerPoint and other relevant software.
