Job Description
Job Summary: The Product Development Manager will oversee the entire lifecycle of product development from concept through to launch. This role involves coordinating with crossfunctional teams managing project timelines and ensuring the delivery of highquality products that align with the companys strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:

Product Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute product development strategies in alignment with the companys vision and market trends. Conduct market research and analyze customer needs to identify opportunities for new products or enhancements.

Project Management: Lead crossfunctional teams in the development of products including R&D engineering design and marketing. Create and manage project plans ensuring that milestones are met and deliverables are of high quality.

Design & Development: Oversee the product design and development process ensuring that products meet specifications budget and time constraints. Collaborate with design and engineering teams to refine product concepts and prototypes.

Vendor & Supplier Management: Identify evaluate and manage relationships with external vendors and suppliers. Negotiate contracts and ensure that all materials and components meet quality standards.

Quality Assurance: Implement and monitor quality assurance processes to ensure that products meet or exceed industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Market Launch: Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to develop gotomarket strategies and launch plans. Ensure successful product introductions and ongoing market support.

Performance Monitoring: Analyze product performance gather feedback and make recommendations for improvements or adjustments based on data and market response.
Qualifications:

Education: Bachelors degree in Business Engineering Product Design or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.

Experience: 3 years of experience in product development or management with a proven track record of successful product launches. Experience in specific industry or product type is highly desirable.
