Location: Bucharest
Working model: hybrid (2 days/week at the office)
Contract type: CoE
For our client in Bucharest we are looking for a SAP FICO REFX Expert.

What Youll Do
Communicate with the customer to gather the relevant requirements.
Analyse business requirements to envision solution design in advance.
Analysis of business requirements and translation from features into backlog items for the agile team.
Analyse variables (quantitative and qualitative data) to draw up business cases for business stakeholders on initiatives to drive business results and/or improve effectiveness of all stakeholders from a technology and/or data perspective.
Participate in Business Workshops and perform FittoStandard Analysis.
Configure and customize solutions according to specific customer business/industry area requirements.
Be responsible for project documentation preparation including training and education materials for business application users.
What You Have:
SAP FICO Expert Finance HR and Business Support.
6 8 years of relevant experience.
Proven knowledge of information analysis and information management area of expertise.
Knowledge and experience with process management in FMCG.
Relevant experience with Agile and release management in a complex (multivendor) environment.
Excellent communication skills.
Strong verbal written and presentation skills.
FI RE technical expert (GL AA AR AA BA FXRE)
Very good understanding of financial related business processes.
Ability to provide suggestions to business problems and design innovative solutions.
Excellent communication skills.
Participation in at least 4 full (at least 2 of them from scratch) FI project cycle implementations.
A plus:
CO expertise.
Experience in a Retail environment.
Agile methodology.
