Candidatul Ideal
Bachelors degree in engineering quality or related field;
Min. 3 years of work experience as quality engineer in automotive manufacturing
Proven experience in daily use of CAQ software preferably BabtecQ
Ability to lead and guide others
Strong attention to detail with welldeveloped organization ss
Fluent in English

Responsibility for the plant rollout for a new CAQ software
Professional not disciplinary leading of defined rolloutrelevant personnel
Developing new / translating and editing existing training doents
Training personnel in CAQ software from management level to operator level
Being part of the official international CAQ key user team representing your plant to BU Reporting to your BU regarding the software rollout / defined rollout objectives
Developing and / or implementing CAQrelevant concepts for continuous improvement of the software and related structures / processes
