We are looking for a Software Specialist Payments to join our team of consultants and participate in international projects in financial entities and fintechs.

About the Profile

As the Software Specialist Paymentsyou will be leading a squad of engineers the Anchorworks as a developer and the technical leader of the team. They have a strong technicalbackground and are involved in solution design the Anchor will have strong productknowledge.

Requirements:

Experience Essential

• Be confortable with full stack engineering with back end focus.
• Provides the technical solution to different requirements submitted by the PO.
• Implementation of new functionalities based on requirements / scenarios captured
  in user stories
• Support squads products on its way to (and including) production.
• Able to own architectural and design decisions during the whole lifecycle of the
  software.
• Ensure the quality of engineering for the team.
• Provides feedback to developer code reviews pairing.

Experience Desired

• 10 years expereince in engineering.
• Ideally with payments knowledge of ISO20022SWIFT MX/MT or uk payments schemes.
• Ideally in the field of microserivcearchitecture AWS Cloud.

Soft skills

• Proactive selfstarter organisedable to build rapport and manage theteam and stakeholders.
