Job Description

Job Title: Office Coordinator
Location: Components White Hall AR
Reports To: Director of Operations

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detailoriented and organized Office Coordinator to support the daily operations of our office in White Hall AR. The ideal candidate will manage administrative tasks assist with office management and ensure the smooth running of our office environment. This position requires strong multitasking skills excellent communication and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors and manage frontdesk operations including answering phones and directing calls.
  • Coordinate office services such as filing copying and handling incoming/outgoing mail.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
  • Organize and schedule meetings appointments and travel arrangements as needed.
  • Assist in maintaining office equipment and coordinating any necessary repairs.
  • Handle confidential documents and information with discretion.
  • Prepare reports presentations and correspondence as needed.
  • Support HR finance and other departments with administrative tasks as required.
  • Maintain office cleanliness and organization to ensure a welcoming environment.
  • Assist with event planning and coordination for office functions.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an office coordinator administrative assistant or in a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
  • Problemsolving skills and ability to work independently.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
  • Strong (3years) experience with office management software (e.g. MS Excel MS Teams).
  • Prior experience in a fastpaced office environment.
  • Background check Drug & Alcohol Screening required.
  • Strong experience with building and analyzing sales/quality reports.

Schedule:

  • Fulltime position Monday to Friday.

Physical and Environmental Requirements

  • Lifting: Able to lift 50 pounds unassisted.
  • Environment: Work in a facility with loud noise extreme temperatures and environmental stressors.
  • Physical Activities: Sit stand walk bend climb crouch reach and grasp as needed.
  • PPE: Wear required PPE including eye and hearing protection gloves and safety toe footwear.
  • Dexterity and Vision: Manual dexterity and specific vision abilities (close distance color peripheral depth perception and focus adjustment).
  • Stamina: Stand for long shifts.
  • Skills: Effective communication basic math skills and teamwork.
  • Safety: Adhere to safety protocols and address hazards.
