What youll do at SOL:
- Understand client business needs and drive identification and documentation of business and user requirements across multiple business units
- Conduct elaboration sessions to identify and document user stories including highlevel processes estimates and priorities
- Design and document workflows to understand current state processes and potential gaps
- Lead solution design process and ensure business requirements are effectively translated into suitable solutions
- Configure new applications unit test custom features and demonstrate new features to end users
- Documents new features and functionality creates training materials and delivers training to end users
- Build and develop strong trusting longterm business relationships with clients with strong interpersonal skills and abilities
What were looking for:
- 5 years in consulting business analysis and/or relevant industry
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in IT Computer Science Engineering Architecture or another related field (Technical BA)
- Experience in documenting and working within large scale and highly interconnected processes and teams spanning domestic and international media operations
- Strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite including PowerPoint and Excel translating to advanced analytical and communication skills leveraging Microsoft Office
- Ability to speak comfortably in front of an executive audience and lead productive and pointed meetings among stakeholders
