Our client is a custom design premium promotion agency serving top multinational clients across different countries. They are seeking for a highly motivated individual to join their team as a Sales Manager.
Job Responsibilities:
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling networking and social media.
- Identify new selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales data.
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
- Achieve sales targets given.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve results.
- Regular update of companys information on website and other social media platforms.
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or relevant role
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin/Chinese (required for dealing with business partners in China)
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
- Have a keen eye for new trends and products
- Fast learner and passion for sales
- Selfmotivated with a resultsdriven approach
- Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
- Diploma or higher in marketing or similar discipline
- Basic design skills to support the role
- Open to juniorlevel Sales Executives seeking growth opportunities
