PTE Trainer

Overview

Key responsibilities

• Deliver PTE training sessions effectively
• Design and develop training materials and resources
• Administer and assess practice tests
• Provide constructive feedback and guidance to students
• Monitor student progress and provide support as needed
• Stay updated with PTE exam trends and changes
• Collaborate with other trainers to enhance training methods
• Customize training approaches to meet individual student needs
• Organize mock exam simulations
• Offer strategies and techniques for improving PTE scores
• Track and report student performance and success rates
• Conduct group and oneonone training sessions
• Utilize technology for interactive and engaging training
• Manage time effectively to cover all relevant PTE sections
• Stay abreast of English language teaching best practices

Required qualifications

• Bachelors degree in English Linguistics Education or a related field
• TESOL TEFL or CELTA certification preferred
• Proven experience in teaching English as a second language
• Expertise in the PTE exam format and scoring criteria
• Demonstrated ability to create effective learning materials
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong understanding of English language assessment
• Ability to provide constructive feedback for language improvement
• Time management and organizational skills
• Experience in conducting language proficiency tests
• Flexibility to adapt teaching methods based on student needs
• Knowledge of interactive teaching techniques
• Experience with digital learning platforms and tools
• Passion for helping students achieve their language goals
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment
