Job Description
Zinlabs is a USbased earlystage startup building software copilot for business finance. We re crafting the multiple products around SaaS finance and AI for finance professionals and entrepreneurs think of Intuit but 10x better products. We ve launched our first product for startups Zinance.
We re a fastgrowing revenue. We re doing early six digits just within three months of launch. We re expected to grow revenue to $2Mn in the first year. In the next 5 years we aim to become a $500Mn revenue company through financial products.
We are seeking a highly motivated and entrepreneurialminded individual to join our founding team as a People Human Operations and Talent Person at Zinance. As a key member of the team you will play a crucial role in shaping our company culture attracting top talent and building a highperformance team.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive people strategy and operations to support the growth and success of startup.
- Lead the recruitment and hiring process including sourcing candidates conducting interviews and managing the onboarding process.
- Design and implement employee development programs and systems training initiatives and performance management systems.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment promoting a culture of learning collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with employees providing guidance and support on HRrelated matters.
- Manage employee benefits and compensation programs ensuring they align with our companys values and goals.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role preferably in a startup or highgrowth environment.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices including recruitment performance management and employee development.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Proven ability to work in a fastpaced dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- A passion for entrepreneurship and a desire to contribute to the growth and success of a startup.
