Job Description
Responsibilities
Onsite factory for production support (production line readiness and process qualification manufacturing status follow up and reporting technical issues tracking and resolution)
Technicalbased CM management (SOP review UPH optimization SFC system build up equipment/fixture verification driving progress of tasks)
Manufacturing process optimization in yield quality efficiency and cost
Work closely with CM and product development team to ensure design and processes are scalable and in line with best manufacturing practices
Qualifications
BS degree in applied physics material science EE mechanical or industrial engineering or similar field with practical experience
Thorough understanding of SMT manufacturing process with 3 years hands on experiences.
Experience in assessing manufacturing processes through the use of PFMEA process capability analysis and statistical tools and applying DOE methodology for FACA in developing new and improving existing processes.
Strong analysis and problem solving skills. Ability to work independently and take on projects/tasks with minimum supervision.
Good command of English excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent team player.
