Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Guidance: Offer advice on business strategy product development market penetration and growth initiatives.
2. Mentorship: Support and mentor the leadership team in key decisionmaking processes and offer insights into overcoming challenges.
3. Networking & Partnerships: Leverage your network to help build relationships with key stakeholders potential partners and investors.
4. Business Development: Provide input on market trends and opportunities assisting in shaping new business models and revenue streams.
5. Fundraising & Investor Relations: Guide the team on fundraising strategies pitch preparation and engaging with investors.
6. Risk Mitigation: Assist in identifying potential risks and developing contingency plans.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an advisor mentor or in an executive role preferably in healthcare wellness or a related industry.
• Strong understanding of startup environments business development and scaling companies.
• Expertise in strategic growth marketing fundraising or product development.
• An extensive professional network and a willingness to leverage it for business growth.
• A strong entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
