Education Required : Plastic Diploma/Cipet/Be Mech
Experience: 24 Years
Pay: Up to 25000.00 per month(12Hrs)
* Manpower Handling
* Production Planning
* Machine & Mould Maintenance Attending
* Supporting Documents filling & update as per IATF IQA
* Mould loading &unloading planning
* Process setting if any machine & mould
* Daily Production report hourly updating
* Daily Machine check list updating
* Process parameter sheet daily updating
* Handling machine shop shift wise
* Supporting machine & mould maintenance
* Shift wise reporting to related reprehensive
* Awareness of IATF Standard 5S Awareness
Experience in Injection Molding process
Robot handling process knowledge
Process Troubleshooting
Manpower Handling
Documentation IATF & 4M knowledge
Maintain 5S/3R on shop floor
RM Knowledge
Shop floor Discipline
