What Youll Do:

Candidate Sourcing & Screening: Source screen and recruit top talent for nonIT and industrial roles in the US (Warehouse Workers Material Handlers Forklift Operators etc.).

EndtoEnd Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and interviewing to negotiating offers and closing candidates.

Collaborate with Clients: Work closely with our sales and client management teams to ensure all client requirements are met within set timelines.

Build Talent Pools: Create and maintain a robust database of qualified candidates for future opportunities.

Communication & FollowUp: Engage with candidates via phone and video interviews providing timely feedback and building strong longterm relationships.

Advertise & Promote Vacancies: Use job boards social media and other recruiting tools (e.g. ZipRecruiter CareerBuilder LinkedIn) to attract and engage top talent.


What Were Looking For:

Experience: 23 years of US recruitment experience specifically in sourcing nonIT and industrial roles (Warehouse Workers Material Handlers Forklift Operators etc.).

Recruiting Expertise: Strong experience in the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing screening interviewing negotiating and onboarding.

US Market Knowledge: Proficient in US hiring laws tax terms and visa requirements with experience recruiting US citizens green card holders and working with W2 candidates.

Communication Skills: Excellent spoken and written English with the ability to confidently handle calls with USbased candidates and stakeholders.

TechSavvy: Proficient in Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g. JobDiva) and sourcing strategies (Boolean strings job boards referrals).

High Volume Recruitment: Comfortable making 75100 dials per day to connect with potential candidates.

Hybrid Setup: Willingness to work onsite during onboarding (23 weeks) and transition to a hybrid setup (maximum of 3 days onsite).
