Function Description

The Core Business & Infrastructure team works according to Agile concepts and consists of specialists across various domains including server automation (Puppet Ansible Netbox) database management (Oracle SQL Server MySQL MongoDB PostgreSQL) SAN NAS and backup system management.
The team also focuses heavily on the architecture of inhouse applications integration and implementation of purchased applications and integration of applications deployed in or offered through the cloud.

As a System Engineer you will study server infrastructure needs and propose architectural solutions. You will handle the configuration and evolution of our Linux systems core infrastructure and middleware solutions with a strong focus on Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and version control for automation.
Your focus will be on the secure implementation of Oracle databases automated using IaC. Additionally you will work on migrating Oracle databases to the Multitenant concept in preparation for the Oracle23 migration as well as security projects related to database implementation in compliance with NIS2 regulations. You will also support development teams with infrastructurerelated queries and prepare procedures for the OPS team to ensure efficient daily management.

Profile

• Bachelors or Masters degree in IT with a minimum of 5 years of experience in implementing infrastructure solutions in an Oracle context.
• At least 5 years of experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux and Oracle.
• At least 3 years of experience with IaC (Bash Python Ansible/Puppet etc.).
• Experience in setting up automated CI/CD pipelines using IaC ensuring seamless code integration testing and deployment to enhance efficiency and reliability.
