Job Description
Construction Sales Rep needs 2 years experience
Construction Sales Rep requires:
- HVAC/construction industry with sales
- Onsite
- Knowledge of Building Systems strong
- Excellent attendance record
- Ability to learn quickly
- Word Excel Outlook and Teams
- Customer relations presentations and sales motivation
- Strong keyboarding and typing skills
- Marketing or technical field preferred
Construction Sales Rep duties:
- Primary point of contact for a Sales Manager
- Support the complete lifecycle such as participating in development of bids proposals contract documents including but not limited to RFPs/RFIs
- Read analyze and interpret general business documents (terms and conditions technical procedures).
- Ensure compliance and consistency with business policy and procedures as it relates to preparing and documenting paperwork
