Currently we are partnered with a preferred client in the government sector in search of a highly talented Junior DevOps Engineer.
Job Summary
Our client is seeking a Junior DevOps Engineer to join their team of experts in building advanced data platforms. This role will participate in cloud DevOps initiatives migration efforts and modernization of critical applications.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Participate in multicloud DevOps capabilities
- Integrate new and modernized programs into DevOps pipelines
- Monitor and analyze application volumes and provide datadriven recommendations
- Participate in Agile software development initiatives
- Collaborate with team members to ensure proper testing and delivery of functionality
Qualifications:
I. Education:
- Bachelors degree in a relevant technical field (required)
II. Experience:
- 2 years of relevant experience
- Experience with cloud technologies
- Experience with containerization platforms
III. License(s)/Certification(s):
- Active Top Secret clearance (required)
- Higherlevel clearance (preferred)
Knowledge Skills & Abilities:
- Proficiency in cloudbased architectures and DevOps methodologies
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with various cloud services and infrastructure
- Experience with system engineering documentation creation
- Proficiency with team collaboration tools
- Excellent communication skills
