Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven SAC Sales (Project) Specialist to join our growing team. In this role you will be responsible for driving projectbased sales initiatives within our HVAC business unit. You will be instrumental in identifying new business opportunities managing relationships with key stakeholders and ensuring the successful delivery of tailored solutions that align with client needs. About the Role
• Proactively identify potential projects and sales opportunities within the HVAC sector.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions.
• Oversee the sales process from lead generation to contract negotiation and deal closure.
• Work closely with engineering product development and operations teams to ensure that client requirements are met.
• Monitor and report on sales performance providing insights and recommendations to improve processes and outcomes.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering solutions that meet or exceed client expectations.
• We are looking for someone who can start immediately and contribute to our team from day one.
• This is an onsite role requiring you to work from our Maybunga Pasig City office from Monday to Friday. •
You should have at least 3 years of experience in a sales or project management role preferably within the HVAC industry.
• A bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field is required.
• You must possess exceptional communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
• Ability to work effectively in a teamoriented environment collaborating with colleagues across different departments.
